Hi, I’m Ash and for a long time, I couldn’t stop performing.
I felt safest when I was achieving, in control, and needed. My nervous system only knew how to survive; not how to receive, surrender, or be seen. I was exhausted but couldn’t stop. Until one day, I broke.
I remember the moment. I said, “I can’t do this anymore.” And that sentence changed everything.
I stopped trying to become more and started unbecoming all the versions of me I’d created just to feel enough. Slowly, I rebuilt the trust I’d lost with myself. And I came home.
Today, I’m a connected mother, a loving wife, and the founder of Re-MIND Institute; not because I’m perfect, but because I’ve learned how to be present. I’ve learned how to feel safe inside my own body again.
