When grief lingers longer than

the world expects...

You’re not doing it wrong.

You’re not weak.

And you’re definitely not broken.

Grief isn’t something you “get over.”

It’s something you carry - in your chest, your thoughts, your nervous system - often long after the moment of loss has passed.

Maybe it’s the goodbye that never happened.

Maybe it’s the future you imagined that now can’t exist.

Maybe it’s not even about death - but about the version of you, or your life, that quietly slipped away.

Whatever the loss… if you’re here, you’re still carrying something.

Most grief support starts with words.

Ours starts with your body.

At Re-MIND, we don’t treat grief like a linear checklist.

We understand it as a whole-body experience - emotional, neurological, and deeply human.

Grief often lives in the nervous system as unfinished stress.

It shows up in exhaustion, forgetfulness, emotional reactivity, numbness, guilt, and unexpected waves of sadness - sometimes years later.

No amount of talking can fully process something your body never got the chance to feel safely in the first place.

That’s why our approach is different.

It’s not just about telling your story.

It’s about making space to release what’s still sitting inside you - gently, honestly, and with care.

Hi, I’m Ash and I created Whole Again for the moments when you realise you’re still not okay, even if everyone thinks you’ve “moved on.”

I know how grief can linger beneath the surface.

How it can show up in unexpected waves… in exhaustion, irritability, numbness, shame, guilt, relief; or all of them at once.

I’ve lived through grief that didn’t follow a storybook timeline. Grief that felt too messy to share. Grief that looked like anger. Grief that was shaped by trauma. And grief that came years after the actual loss.

For decades, I stayed busy. Shut down. Held it all in. Until one day, my body and mind couldn’t carry it anymore. I hit a wall, and what came next wasn’t a miracle fix; it was a slow, honest return to myself.

That’s what Whole Again: Navigating Grief & Loss is built on.

With a PhD in neuroplasticity, over a decade of experience in trauma and somatic healing, and thousands of hours walking alongside others through their healing, I created this experience to be everything I wish I’d had back then.

A space to feel what’s true, even when it doesn’t make sense.

A space to be real, even when it doesn’t look pretty.

A space to soften, without needing to explain or perform.

If you're still carrying something quietly, you're not alone anymore.

This is a place to honour it all.

With love, truth and gentleness,

Ash

You’re human. And grief takes up space. It deserves one that holds you, not one that rushes you.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is this different from other grief programs?

We’re not offering stages or models. This is a space for deep honesty, nervous system safety, and the kind of emotional truth-telling that actually moves stuck grief even years after the loss.

Do I need to be working with a therapist to do this?

No. This program is self-paced, body-aware, and emotionally safe. It can support you whether or not you’re in therapy and it often works beautifully alongside it.

What if I’m not grieving a person?

You’re still welcome. Grief is grief, whether it’s for a relationship, a childhood, a version of yourself, or a dream that never came to be. This is for you.

I feel like I’ve already done so much healing, is this still for me?

Yes. This is for the subtle stuff that stayed tucked away. The things you thought you were “over” but your body never quite let go of.
