cPTSD forms from repeated emotional injuries, often in childhood.
Not always “big T trauma,” but experiences where your needs weren’t met, your voice wasn’t safe, or your safety was unpredictable.
It’s trauma that shaped who you thought you had to be.
If you learned early that love was conditional… that connection came with a cost… or that it was safer to be invisible than to be yourself - your nervous system has never forgotten.
You might not have words for it, but your body still carries it.
• You struggle to relax in relationships, even with people you care about
• You feel disconnected, emotionally numb, or hard to reach
•You swing between craving closeness and pushing people away
•You over-function, over-give, and override your own needs
•You expect to be let down or criticised, and feel anxious when things feel too good
•You have deep shame about “who you are”, even though you can’t explain why
•You’ve tried therapy or self-help, but still feel stuck in the same patterns
They once kept you safe, but now, they’re keeping you disconnected from the life you want to live.
Most approaches treat the symptoms, not the system that created them.
They focus on mindset, behaviour, or diagnosis… but relational trauma is stored in the body.
It needs safety, not shame.
It needs connection, not correction.
You can’t think your way into feeling safe.
You have to experience it - in a way your nervous system understands.
This isn’t a course. It’s a healing process.
Built for people who are smart, self-aware, and still struggling.
Heal Childhood Wounds & Thrive helps you understand the wiring beneath the patterns, and supports you to gently update the beliefs, responses, and emotional residue your system is still holding onto.
You’ll learn:
• Why your system stays stuck, even when you "know better"
• What to do when old patterns hijack your reactions or relationships
• How to release the false beliefs you formed about yourself in childhood (e.g. “I’m not enough,” “My needs are a burden,” “Love always leaves”)
•How to reconnect with the parts of you that got buried just to belong or survive
•How to stop abandoning yourself, and build a relationship with safety that lasts
You don’t need to go back and relive everything.
You don’t need to be perfect, or ready, or healed before you begin.
You just need a safe space to meet yourself - maybe for the first time.
That’s what this is.
Hi, I’m Ash. Founder of Re-MIND and someone who understands what it feels like to live with deep nervous system wounds.
For years I lived with chronic stress, anxiety, shutdown, and a sense of being stuck on the inside despite looking “fine” on the outside. My body was in constant overdrive, but my relationships were stuck in survival mode.
At 30, I hit my breaking point. And finally, I stopped managing and started healing. That path changed everything.
Today, I’m a mother, partner, and leader living in connection and alignment; not perfection, but peace.
And this is the exact space I’ve created for you.
With a PhD in neuroplasticity and over a decade of experience supporting trauma survivors, I’ve combined science, soul, and strategy to guide people out of survival and into deep, sustainable change.
Heal Childhood Wounds & Thrive is everything I wish I had when I didn’t feel safe in my own body. It’s built on nervous system wisdom, trauma-informed practice, and heart-centred care.
You’re not broken. You’re not too much.
You’re just still living from the parts of you that never got to feel safe.
Let’s change that together.
With love,
Ash

This is not another trauma course. This is a safe place to unlearn the survival patterns that once protected you, but now keep you distant, anxious, or numb.
Come Home to Yourself is for those who are ready to stop managing symptoms and start actually healing. It’s for those who don’t just want tools; they want truth, compassion, and change that lasts.
Whether you’ve been told you’re too sensitive, struggle to trust, or find intimacy confronting; this is the space where you’ll learn to feel safe with yourself again.
You don’t need to fix yourself.
You just need to come home.
Gentle, insightful guidance to help you understand your patterns, unpack early experiences, and rewire the way your nervous system relates to safety, connection, and self-worth without needing to relive the trauma.
Learn how your nervous system adapted to survive your early life and why you’re not broken ;your system is doing what it learned to do. With clear, relatable teaching from both science and lived experience.
Downloadable tools to help you unpack your story, uncover hidden patterns, and start shifting them. This is where transformation happens; when you apply what you’re learning to your own life.
Step-by-step tools to help you gently identify the “folders” your nervous system still holds (like people pleasing, perfectionism, emotional numbness, fear of abandonment) and begin to update and release them.
Guided practices and prompts to help you reconnect with the parts of yourself that were abandoned, buried, or disowned along the way. These are the parts that need love, not fixing.
Go at your own pace. Come back to the lessons as often as you need. Healing happens in layers; you’ll likely uncover new insights each time.
To support deep, lasting change, we’ve bundled your chosen specialisation with the Mental Health Foundations program, a practical and neuroscience-informed pathway that helps you understand your brain, your body, and your healing process. This combination gives you everything you need to move forward with clarity, safety, and self-compassion.

This isn’t about fixing what’s broken; it’s about remembering who you were before the world told you who to be.
You don’t have to perform, relive the past, or do it all perfectly. You just have to begin.
It’s a self-paced healing space for people living with the effects of complex or relational trauma. You won’t be told to push harder or think your way out of pain; instead, you’ll be gently guided to understand and soften the protective patterns that once kept you safe, and reconnect with the parts of you that got left behind.
No. You won’t need to revisit traumatic memories in detail. This process works with your body and nervous system to create safety in the present so healing can happen without being retraumatised.
No but it’s a powerful complement. Many people find this work helps them go deeper, especially if they’ve felt stuck or overwhelmed in traditional talk therapy. You’ll be supported to move at your own pace with care and compassion.
Then go slow. There’s no pressure here. You’ll have lifetime access, and you’re encouraged to take the time you need. Some lessons may land gently; others may bring up big feelings. Either way, you’ll be held, not hurried.
There’s no perfect readiness. But if part of you feels curious, called, or quietly hopeful; that’s enough. You don’t have to feel brave. You just need to be willing to meet yourself, gently, one layer at a time.
