For years, anxiety shaped my health, my parenting, my relationships, and my sense of self. Despite being deeply involved in the mental health system, nothing really shifted until I learned how to work with my nervous system, not against it.
With a PhD in neuroplasticity and decades of experience in neuroscience, therapy, and trauma healing, I’ve now supported thousands of people to gently rewire the patterns that were keeping them stuck.
