According to the DSM-5, Generalized Anxiety Disorder is diagnosed when:

  • A person experiences excessive worry or fear for most days over at least 6 months

  • The worry feels difficult to control

  • The anxiety causes a significant impact on daily life, affecting work, relationships, or overall functioning

How is this different from other anxiety programs?

Do I need to be seeing a therapist to do this?
