Frequently Asked Questions

How is this different from ADHD coaching or executive function training?

This isn’t about teaching you how to function better in a broken system - it’s about helping your body feel safe enough to function differently. This is nervous system-based, identity-healing work, not behaviour training.

Do I need to be officially diagnosed to benefit?

Not at all. If the patterns we describe feel familiar, this work will likely be helpful. Many of our clients have never been formally diagnosed, but recognise the lived experience.

Will this help with things like task paralysis, procrastination, emotional outbursts, or chronic shame?

Yes. These are core parts of what we work through, not just symptomatically but at the root cause level.

I’ve already done therapy. Is this going to be any different?

If you’ve tried traditional talk therapy and still feel stuck, this might be the missing piece. We work through the body, identity, and survival responses; the parts most approaches skip.
