Ashleigh’s journey into mental health is deeply personal. After two decades of battling chronic illness, anxiety, depression, and emotional dysregulation, she reached breaking point. She had tried everything - therapy, medication, mindset work - yet nothing created lasting change.

That’s when she discovered the missing piece: the nervous system. Through deep study into neuroscience, trauma healing, and mind-body integration, she learned that true healing isn’t about “trying harder.” It’s about rewiring the body’s stress response, working with the subconscious mind, and creating safety in the nervous system so lasting change becomes possible.

Her Journey of Growth and Connection

As a neurophysiologist, therapist, and coach, Ashleigh brings a rare combination of science and soul to her work. She understands the complexities of human behaviour and how childhood experiences shape us as adults, because she’s walked this journey herself. Her own path of healing and self-discovery has profoundly influenced her mission: to empower parents to break generational cycles, nurture connection, and raise happy, healthy and resilient children (not the kind of “toughen up” resilience that is often weaponised in our society!).

With a PhD in neuroplasticity and 12 years in academia, Ashleigh bridges cutting-edge neuroscience with trauma-informed healing. Her work goes beyond symptom management - she helps people rewire stress patterns, regulate emotions, and break free from survival mode for good.

Through courses, workshops, and coaching, she provides practical, science-backed strategies to help people feel grounded, safe, and in control of their mental health. Because true healing isn’t about suppressing what you feel - it’s about learning to feel safe within yourself.
