1. Program Overview

1.1 The Responsive Parenting Program (“Program”) is a self-paced, online educational course designed to support parents and caregivers in understanding child behaviour, emotional regulation, and trauma-informed parenting approaches.

1.2 The Program is educational in nature and not a substitute for professional therapy, psychological, or medical advice.

1.3 This Program is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition or disorder, and participation does not establish a therapeutic, clinical, or doctor–patient relationship.

2. Program Access

2.1 Your purchase provides 12 months of access to the Responsive Parenting Program and all related materials, hosted via Re-MIND Institute’s designated online platform.

2.2 “Access” includes videos, workbooks, and supplementary resources provided as part of the Program.

2.3 Login credentials are for personal use only and must not be shared, sold, or transferred.

2.4 Access is granted immediately upon successful payment and linked to the original purchaser’s account.

2.5 Re-MIND Institute is not liable for any access interruptions or platform outages caused by third-party service providers.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 By purchasing the Program, you acknowledge that this is a contract of sale, not a subscription.

3.2 Your selected payment plan (if applicable) is a repayment arrangement for the total Program fee, and all instalments are required in full as part of your purchase agreement.

3.3 Payment options are outlined at checkout and may include:

Full payment at the time of purchase; or

A structured payment plan (e.g. weekly, fortnightly, or monthly instalments).

3.4 Access to the Program is granted in full at purchase; therefore, payment plans cannot be cancelled once initiated.

3.5 If payment fails, you will be notified and must provide an alternative method immediately. Failure to resolve a payment failure may result in suspension of access.

3.6 If debt collection services are required to recover outstanding payments, you are liable for the debt amount and any associated recovery fees.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 As the Program provides immediate digital access, all sales are final, and no refunds are provided for change of mind or non-use.

4.2 Refunds will only be issued in compliance with the Australian Consumer Law, where the Program is not of acceptable quality, not fit for purpose, or not as described.

5. Personal Mastery (VIP Upgrade)

5.1 Participants may choose to upgrade to the Personal Mastery Membership (VIP), which includes:

Access to fortnightly live group coaching sessions with Dr Ashleigh Moreland via Zoom.

Access to a private Telegram group for community support and accountability.

Ongoing access to the Personal Mastery online community and additional resources.

5.2 The Personal Mastery upgrade operates as a membership with ongoing payments (e.g. monthly) and can be cancelled in accordance with its separate membership terms and conditions.

5.3 Cancellation of Personal Mastery does not affect your continued access to the Responsive Parenting Program (which remains a one-time purchase).

6. Participant Responsibility

By participating, you agree to:
6.1 Use the Program for personal growth only.
6.2 Seek appropriate professional support if you or your child are in distress, or if mental health concerns arise.
6.3 Take full responsibility for your wellbeing and outcomes.
6.4 Be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering this agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All Program content — including videos, written materials, exercises, frameworks, and tools — remains the intellectual property of Re-MIND Institute Pty Ltd.

7.2 You may not reproduce, share, or distribute Program materials in any format without prior written permission.

7.3 Breaching this clause may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

8.1 The Program provides general educational information only and is not a substitute for clinical, medical, or psychological care.

8.2 Dr Ashleigh Moreland and Re-MIND Institute Pty Ltd are not psychologists, psychiatrists, or medical doctors and do not provide clinical treatment.

8.3 You accept full responsibility for your participation and release Re-MIND Institute from any liability for direct or indirect outcomes.

8.4 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Re-MIND Institute disclaims all warranties and liability arising from participation in the Program.

8.5 Testimonials shared represent individual experiences and are not guarantees of any specific result.

9. Confidentiality

9.1 Any case studies, examples, or participant discussions within live sessions or online communities are confidential and must not be shared externally.

9.2 Re-MIND Institute may record or monitor live group sessions for quality, training, or participant support purposes.

10. Program Updates

10.1 Re-MIND Institute reserves the right to update or enhance Program materials periodically for accuracy, quality, or relevance.

10.2 Updates will not affect your original purchase access but may include new materials added at the Institute’s discretion.

11. Termination of Access

11.1 Re-MIND Institute may suspend or revoke access if:

You breach these terms;

You share Program content without permission; or

Payment obligations remain unresolved.

12. International Users

12.1 The Program is developed under Australian laws and standards.

12.2 If you access the Program from outside Australia, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

12.3 Payments are processed in USD and subject to standard exchange rates and transaction fees.

13. Governing Law

13.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

13.2 Any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.

Definitions

Agreement – These Terms and Conditions.
Program – The Responsive Parenting Program by Re-MIND Institute.
Personal Mastery (VIP) – The optional membership upgrade with live group coaching and community support.
Participant / You – The individual purchaser accessing the Program.
Re-MIND Institute / We – Re-MIND Institute Pty Ltd (ABN 57 664 519 626), its successors and assigns.
