Relationship Revival: The Happily Ever After Method

Relationship Revival: The Happily Ever After Method

Because lasting love isn’t luck, it’s understanding, healing,

and choice.

You didn’t come into this relationship expecting to feel disconnected.

But maybe now, it feels like something’s missing.

Like you’re not being seen or heard the way you need.

Like your efforts aren’t acknowledged.

Like you’re carrying too much, or not being let in.

Like the closeness you once had is harder to access, or just not there anymore.

Sometimes it’s the heated arguments that leave both of you drained.

Sometimes it’s the avoidance... the walking on eggshells or the conversations that never quite happen.

Sometimes it’s the quiet distance that grows when you’re just surviving your way through the days, living more like housemates than partners.

However it looks, the experience is consistent:

Unseen.

Unheard.

Unvalued.

Unloved.

But this isn’t a sign that the relationship is broken, or that either of you are.

It’s a sign that your nervous systems are in protection mode.

Patterns like fight, flight, freeze or fawn aren’t character flaws. They’re adaptive responses. And when those patterns collide between two people who love each other, fear wins, and connection starts to feel uncomfortable or impossible, even when you want it more than anything.

What if there was another way?

Relationship Revival: The Happily Ever After Method is an 8-week live group program facilitated by our incredible partner, Tehilla Luttig, that helps individuals and couples:

Recognise the patterns that keep you stuck in the same cycles.

Build tools that create safety and understanding rather than defensiveness and blame.

Repair trust and intimacy in a way that honours both partners.

Communicate clearly without collapsing, criticising, or over-explaining.

Create healthy boundaries that invite connection instead of pushing each other away.

This isn’t about nagging, fixing, or forcing someone to change. It’s about creating safety, clarity, and compassion, within yourself and between you.

Why this approach

is different

❌ We don’t label one person as “the problem.”

❌ We don’t use blame or shame to motivate change.

❌ We don’t offer quick-fix scripts that only keep the peace temporarily.

Instead, we help you understand the survival patterns that run the show, and teach you the tools and skills so you can rewire them.

FINALLY get relationship support that deals with the root

Frequently Asked Questions

Do we both need to attend?

No. Many people attend alone and still see shifts in their relationship. Your changes often interrupt the old pattern for both of you.

What if we miss a session?

All sessions are recorded and available within 24 hours.

Is this therapy?

This is a therapeutic, trauma-aware coaching program. It draws on therapy tools but is not a replacement for targeted therapy if you’re working through deep trauma. We have many other programs at Re-MIND Institute that can support you with that - reach out to [email protected] for a free consultation.

I’m not sure if I want to stay in the relationship. Is this still for me?

Yes. The clarity and skills you gain will support you either way, whether you rebuild the relationship or move forward separately.
